  Services

Some of the services we provide are listed below.  These are a guide only so if there is something else that you require please ask as we are very flexible and will do everything we can to ensure the success of your wedding day.  If you have something special in mind, a particular theme, a beach or garden wedding or a dove or butterfly release Coastal Wedding Planners will make it happen.

Full Service Wedding:    $2,500
The complete planning of your wedding including our attendance on your wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Full Service Wedding Planning only:    $2,000
The complete planning of your wedding, but with no attendance on the wedding day.  If you are happy that everything is in order and your venue has a co-ordinator on hand to attend to the reception this service may appeal to you.

Wedding Day Attendance:    $500
You have planned and organized your own wedding but feel you would like to be free on the day to just enjoy yourself without the stress of checking with service providers etc.  Our charges for this service are for a maximum of 6 hours however if you require us for longer we are happy to do this at an hourly charge of $60 for each hour or part thereof past the initial 6 hours.  Our services for the wedding day include:

  • Meeting with you before the wedding to discuss your desired plans for the wedding day and any concerns you may have.

  • Develop a wedding day timeline.

  • Attending your wedding rehearsal and meeting all interested parties.

  • Contact vendors to confirm all arrangements.

  • Compile a list of last minute checks for the wedding day.

  • Greet and co-ordinate vendors on the day and ensure all services are provided as requested.

  • Assist with seating guests at the ceremony and reception.

  • Line up and cue the wedding party when it comes time to walk down the aisle.

  • Distribute wedding favours, programs, petals or bubbles, disposable cameras etc.

  • Distribute any final payments to vendors.

  • Assist with setting up chairs or decorations at ceremony and reception (if required).

  • Anything else you need....just ask

Venues
Our services are available to venues where assistance may be required for large weddings or events.  Business rates will apply for licensed venues only.  Please contact us for a customised quote.

Assistance only:    $50 per hour
If you think you may need some assistance with different areas of your planning, our initial consultation is free and we will present you with an outline of costs etc. within 3 working days.  Services which may be required include:

  • Ceremony & Reception site location ideas and selection

  • Seating plan assistance

  • Vendor assistance

  • Vendor confirmation

  • Timelines (order of service for ceremony and reception)

  • Budget advice and assistance

  • Assistance with choosing invitation wording

  • Purchasing of accessories such as favours, bridal party gifts, guest books, ring pillow, toasting glasses, cake servers etc.

  • Receive and track invitation responses ($1 per guest extra). This service is only available in conjunction with an hourly service.

Planning Consultation:    $85 first hour $35 per hour for any 2 areas from Above
For those who wish to plan their own wedding but need a little help getting started.

  • One hour meeting to discuss any ideas, questions, tips or queries you may have

  • Planning timeline book that has timeline checklist, quick guide checklist, recommended retailers, contacts page, tips and hints for planning your wedding, budget and money saving ideas that your guests won't notice and lots of room for your wedding notes....easy to keep track of

  • Copy of the latest Cosmopolitan Bridal Magazine to get those creative juices flowing

  • Any vendor specials and discounts available at that current time of year.

A Dream Wedding Night:    $300 (Travel costs may apply depending on location)
We will transform your wedding night accommodation into a beautifully romantic wonderland.  Complete set up with candles, flowers, champagne, massage oils, fruit, chocolate or savoury nibble platter and a few little extra surprises that will be sure to make your night memorable.

Vendor Assistance Package:   $80 per vendor group or $400 for 7 groups.
We will assist you with different prices from a number of vendors within one category (e.g. flower prices from 3 different florists)  so that you can choose for yourself without the running around.  This service includes:

  • Meeting with you to determine what you require from each vendor

  • Contacting vendors for quotes and setting up meetings between you and the vendors to organize services

  • All quotes (minimum of 3 within one vendor chain) presented to you within 5 working days

  • If needed, we will contact more suppliers to find what you are looking for at the right price

Please note that we will not meet with vendors to book their services for you.  We will arrange a meeting between you and the suppliers once you have been presented with quotes and have chosen a vendor.  If you would like Coastal Wedding Planners to book your suppliers please ask for a quote.
